Production management of up to 5 annual free fishing guides covering Scotland. Involvement was seasonal over a number of years.
What Neil did
Maintenance of existing core titles, management of advertisers, editing copy, print contract negotiations, distribution and accounts. Also analysis of market, competition, ROI and opportunities.
Result
Extension of regions covered, significant increase in turnover for 4 years before owner decision to focus on other interests.
