Assignment

A series of small projects for the Chief Executive:

  • A new appraisal system, based on belief that staff are their greatest asset
  • An upwards feedback mechanism, aligned to Investors in People requirements
  • Project management workshops to entire staff
  • Theory of Constraints workshop to the Board
  • Customer Service workshops and resulting report to Sales & Marketing Director
  • Collaboratively design the VYRE project management methodology

What Neil did

Working with the Chief Executive, devised two options for a revised appraisal system. Developed and implemented the more radical option and supported senior management in the roll-out. Covered current management thinking and introduced both Theory of Constraints and additional project management techniques to the team. All items delivered in time, to budget and exceeding client expectations.
