Structure and launch a new entrepreneur-orientated coaching company.
What Neil did
Working with the owner, designed the processes and procedures that were to underpin the venture. This covered long term strategic planning, success criteria, scenario planning, go/no go decisions on funding, reviewing seminar content, website overview and user acceptance testing.
Result
After 6 months it was evident that the critical mass required to fulfill the owner's goals was not achievable in the short-medium term, and required additional funding. Decision taken to defer development of the concept.
