If, like me,  you back up your photos on a separate drive but think the archive and the originals may no longer be in sync, download Microsoft’s Windows tool SyncToy 2.1:

Simple to use, FREE (my favourite price) and did a good job at making sure these match.

Fisheries Management in Scotland

Over the past few months, I’ve been working with Angler’s Companions to package up years of journalism, articles and scientific research on fisheries management in Scotland. In wanting to use colour photos, graphs, maps and illustrations in a niche market, it became clear that the costs of traditional publishing just didn’t stack up. The solution was to create PDF e-books for either download or CD distribution (not everyone in the UK has superfast internet, whilst others want to have that original file on CD).
