Welcome to the (evolving) new website/blog. Some bits aren’t configured quite right yet, so please bear with me.

Given that I implement change in businesses, I’ve decided to evolve the ChangeNRJ Ltd/Neil Jamieson website. It’s a double-edged sword though: much of what a business does is waste (for those interested in lean thinking, it is called Muda), yet in order to be able to help businesses change I need to market. And all good marketers will tell you that half the marketing is useless; they are just not sure which half…
